The book manuscript announced here months ago is coming along to the point of getting around to “big picture” ideas. The groundwork of legal definitions, historical uses and a global array of social examples are all in chapter form.
Public notice wears so many hats as a social construct and a legal requirement when reviewed around the world. How does a political entity determine the most effective way to handle all of its needs for public notice, specially in an increasingly international communication environment?
That’s the task at hand for me. Suggestions welcome!
