911 call to the FCC

The Federal Communications Commission posted a public notice calling for public comment on the practice of police authorities interrupting cellphone and internet service, selectively shutting off connectivity in geographic regions where “imminent unlawful activity” threatened.

The FCC says that more than half of all 911 calls are made from cellphones.  If you have something to say on this issue you have until April 30 to tell the FCC what you think.
